Acceptance

By subscribing to or using EarthWebTV you agree to the terms set out on this page. If you do not agree to them, do not use the service.

The Service

EarthWebTV provides an internet television subscription. Access is granted through credentials issued to you, valid for the number of simultaneous connections on your plan and for the duration of the billing period you have paid for.

Your Account

Your credentials are for your household. Sharing them publicly, reselling them without a reseller agreement, or attempting to exceed your connection limit may result in suspension without refund.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to redistribute streams, to attempt to overload or interfere with our infrastructure, or for any unlawful purpose. Attempts to circumvent connection limits or extract streams for republication will end your subscription.

Availability

We target 99.9% uptime and work hard to hold it, but no internet service can guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance is announced where possible.

Payment and Cancellation

Subscriptions are prepaid for the period you select. There is no contract and no cancellation penalty — simply do not renew. Your line stops working at the end of the period you have paid for.

Suspension

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms. Where the breach is minor and unintentional we will contact you first.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us for the current billing period. We are not liable for consequential loss arising from an interruption to the service.

Changes

These terms may be revised. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
