What We Collect

We collect the minimum required to give you a working subscription: your email address, the type of device you intend to watch on, and — if you subscribe — the billing details necessary to take payment. Nothing else is gathered and nothing is bought in from third parties.

Why We Collect It

Your email address is used to send your login credentials and to contact you about your subscription. Your device type is used to build a line appropriate to that device and to send you the correct setup instructions. Billing details are used to take payment and for nothing else.

What We Do Not Do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not build a profile of what you watch in order to target you with anything. We do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask to join.

Payment Information

Card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our own servers. We can see that a payment succeeded; we cannot see your card number.

Cookies

This website uses only the cookies necessary for it to function and, where you arrived through an affiliate link, a tracking cookie that credits the referral. We do not run advertising trackers.

Data Retention

Account data is retained while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle billing queries. If you want your data deleted, message us and we will do it.

Your Rights

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Open the live chat or through the contact form and we will deal with the request.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes materially we will note it here with a revised date. Continued use of the service after such a change constitutes acceptance of it.
